Awards
and redemptions |
| 4.1 |
Each member is eligible
for loyalty points on all purchases that he / she makes at the
Café Coffee Day outlet. The Members shall not be entitled
to any privileges/rights other than being entitled to redeem
the accumulated points in the manner and in accordance with
the terms herein contained. |

| 4.2 |
These award points system
and its details are listed at www.cafecoffeeday.com.
The Award/Loyalty Points are based on the purchase of products
(Each product has been ascribed a certain number of points)
from the Café Coffee Day outlets and Café Coffee
Day shall be at liberty to modify the Award/Loyalty point structure
at its discretion, provided the modified list is posted at www.cafecoffeeday.com
at least 24 hours before the modification comes into force. |

The Cafe Citizen Card technology
requires the card to be inserted in the billing machine at the
time of placing the order/s and at the time of settlement for
relevant number of points to be accumulated on to the Card.
The Member must present his Café Citizen Card to the
Café Coffee Day team member before placing the order.
Any orders that are placed before the presentation of the Café
Citizen Card will be not applicable for the award of points
mentioned above. |

| 4.4 |
The loyalty points award
cannot be combined with any other offer or discount scheme or
be availed against orders that have been placed before becoming
a Café Citizens' Member. Member will have to pay by cash
or credit card to earn points under the loyalty program, member
paying by gift voucher and such other cash less instrument will
not earn any point for such purchase. |

The points which are accrued
may be redeemed in any Café Coffee Day outlet and used
towards payment of the purchases. |

| 4.6 |
For the first redemption
there must be a minimum accrual of 100 award points and the
points must have accrued or accumulated in a relevant year i.e.,
either the first twelve months of membership or in the subsequent
period/s of twelve month terms if the membership is subsequently
renewed. |

| 4.7 |
The member must present
the Café Citizen Card while placing the order and inform
the Café Coffee Day staff if you are planning to redeem
the points accumulated on the card before placing the order
and also inform the staff the extent to which you intend to
utilize the accumulated point. |

| 4.8 |
The member must present
the Café Citizen Card at the time of settlement of the
bill to upload the points onto your card. |
|
| 4.9 |
The Points earned on any
day cannot be redeemed on the same day and can at the earliest
be done only on the next day subject to rules. |
|
| 4.10 |
Points are earned only
on the pre tax item rate and points are redeemed only on the
pre tax item rate. |
|
| 4.11 |
Any manipulation on or
of the cafe citizen smart card would render the card invalid. |
|
| 4.12 |
No points
are awarded for transacting through cash equivalent vouchers |
|
| 4.13 |
If mode of
payment is a combination of Cash and Cash equivalent voucher,
then points are awarded on the cash component portion only (prior
to taxes) |

| 4.14 |
Points are
valid for one full year from the date of purchase of café
citizen card, the accumulated points shall lapse if the Café
Citizen card is not renewed before discontinuation upon the
expiry of the validity period, all points will be carried forward
to the subsequent renewed period. |

| 4.15 |
No points
can be redeemed on the temporary card even though the customer
may have accumulated 100 points. |
|
| 4.16 |
It is the
member’s responsibility to ensure that before leaving
the café coffee day outlet, he obtains a Slip containing
latest net points balance and updates the card. |
|
| 4.17 |
If the customer
has availed other discount offers on some items, no points can
be accumulated/redeemed for those items on which he has claimed
other discount offers. |

| 4.18 |
It is the
the member responsibility to adhere to the security instructions
mentioned while handling the card. and the same is available
on the website www.cafecoffeeday.com |
|
| 4.19 |
Free surprise
gifts may be given by Café Coffee Day at periodic intervals
solely at its discretion, provided all the valid details are
given on the registration form at the time of enrollment. However
this does not create an obligation on Café Coffee Day
to give any Free surprise gifts. |

4.20
|
Computation
of accumulation of spend/points by Café Coffee Day shall
be final, conclusive and binding on the Member and will not
be called in question or disputed except in case of errors apparent
on the record or an error proved beyond reasonable doubt with
proper documentary proof. |

| 4.21 |
Any dispute
on the computation of accumulation of spend/points can be verified
and corrective action taken only if all the bills are provided
to the Café Citizen Program Desk. |
